Please only use this form if you have already spoken to one of our consultants and they have confirmed current availability and given you a quote. PLEASE NOTE Our booths are allocated on a first booking form in, first served basis. We can't "hold" booths or place tentative bookings. If we quoted you for a date it means that we did have availability at that time but the last booth available may have already been booked since that time. We will never take a deposit from you without confirming your booking first.

We will usually email you within 2 working days with your invoice however our admin staff are also our event staff so we don't work regular hours and sometimes we can have all hands on deck and our office may be unattended.
